Affiliate Terms.

These Affiliate Terms apply to the GhostViral AI affiliate programme (the “Programme”) in addition to our Terms of Use. By applying you accept them. “We” means GhostViral AI; “you” means the affiliate. The Programme is separate from invite-a-friend credits, which are covered by section 3 of the Terms of Use.

1. Joining

• Anyone with a GhostViral account can apply. We approve applications at our discretion and may decline without giving a reason.
• Your link is ghostviralai.com/r/ followed by a name based on your channel. We may change it on approval or later if it is misleading or infringes someone else’s rights.
• You must give accurate details about yourself, your channel and how you want to be paid.

2. Commission

• Your rate is set when you are approved: 30% for our first 20 approved partners, 25% after that, unless we agree another rate in writing. Your rate does not change when the standard rate changes.
• You earn your rate on every payment a referred customer makes on ghostviralai.com during the 12 months that start with their first payment (the first payment included). Payments made after that period earn nothing.
• Commission is calculated on the amount the customer paid before tax and after any discount, as reported by Polar, our merchant of record, and after refunds. It is rounded down to the cent.
• Purchases in our mobile apps, through app stores, are not covered.

3. Attribution

• A customer is referred by you when they open your link and, within 60 days of that click, create a new GhostViral account and verify its email.
• If someone clicked several affiliates’ links, the last click before sign-up counts.
• An account is attributed once. Existing accounts, and accounts that already belong to another affiliate, cannot be attributed to you.
• Attribution relies on a first-party cookie and browser storage. If a visitor blocks or clears them, or signs up on another device, we may not be able to attribute the sign-up. We are not liable for sign-ups we could not attribute.

4. Holding period, payouts and refunds

• Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment, our refund window, before it becomes payable.
• Payments are made by bank transfer or another method we agree with you. We contact you when your balance reaches the minimum. The minimum is $100.00 and we pay about every 3 months. Smaller balances carry over. Amounts are in US dollars; any transfer fees or currency conversion are yours.
• If a payment is refunded in full, its commission is cancelled; if it is refunded in part, the commission is reduced in proportion. If we already paid that commission, the difference is deducted from your next payouts. The same applies to chargebacks and payment disputes.
• You must keep your payout details up to date in your dashboard. Payouts we cannot make for that reason wait until you update them.

5. Disclosure

Whenever you promote GhostViral you must clearly tell your audience that you have a commercial relationship with us and may earn a commission, for example “affiliate link”, “#ad” or your platform’s paid-partnership label, placed where people see it before they click. Follow the advertising rules of your country and platform (for example the US FTC Endorsement Guides, the UK CAP Code and EU consumer law).

6. What is not allowed

• Buying through your own link, or referring yourself, your other accounts or people in your household.
• Fake or incentivised clicks or sign-ups, bots, click farms, cookie stuffing, or paying people to sign up.
• Spam: unsolicited email or messages, comment spam, or posting your link where the rules forbid it.
• Misleading claims, for example that GhostViral generates AI video, guarantees views or income, or offers discounts or features it does not have.
• Paid search ads on “GhostViral”, “GhostViral AI” or misspellings of them, and registering domains, handles or accounts that use our name.
• Any paid advertising that sends people directly to your affiliate link.
• Presenting yourself as GhostViral, or using our logo in a way that suggests you are us.

7. Review, cancellation and suspension

• We check sign-ups and payments for abuse. Suspicious ones are held for review and are not paid until we approve them. We may cancel commissions that break these Affiliate Terms, including ones already paid, which are then deducted from later payouts.
• We may suspend or end your participation at any time for a breach of these terms or of our Terms of Use. While suspended your link earns no new commissions. If we end the Programme or your participation without a breach by you, we pay the commissions earned up to that date once their holding period ends.

8. Our brand

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the GhostViral name and the logo and banner in your dashboard only to promote the Service under these terms. Do not alter them. The licence ends with your participation.

9. Taxes

You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent or partner. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your commissions. We may ask for tax information required by law before paying you.

10. Changes

We may change these Affiliate Terms, including rates for new affiliates, the holding period and the minimum payout. We will post the new version here and email active affiliates at least 14 days before a change that reduces what you earn takes effect. Continuing in the Programme after that means you accept the change; you may leave at any time.

11. Liability and law

Sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and contact in our Terms of Use also apply to the Programme. Questions: support@ghostviralai.com.
