Terms of Use.
These Terms govern your use of the GhostViral AI website, applications, AI-agent (MCP) connection and related software for short-form and long-form video assembly (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service description
GhostViral AI is software as a service: subscribers receive app access and credits to generate videos using AI-assisted scripts, voiceovers, licensed stock-footage selection, subtitles, and rendering. Output uses stock clips and audio tools — not generative AI video that synthesizes realistic people or scenes. Features may change over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, and able to form a binding contract (or have a parent or guardian’s permission).
- You are responsible for your account security and for all activity under it, including activity by AI assistants you connect.
- Credits represent processing capacity for script craft, voice, and stock footage—not a simple “one credit per second” meter. Typical costs (for example ~20 credits for a 30s Fast AI run) are shown in the product before you generate and detailed on Credit details.
- Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless expressly stated. Credits have no cash value.
- Trial credits are a one-time grant for eligible new users; creating multiple accounts to obtain more is not allowed.
3. Invite a friend
- Each account has one personal invite code. A friend can enter it only when creating a new account.
- After the friend verifies a new, permanent email address, they receive 40 bonus credits and you receive 100 credits. The friend must sign up on their own device and network; self-referrals, aliases of the same mailbox, disposable email addresses and repeated sign-ups are not eligible.
- You can earn invite credits for up to 25 new accounts every 30 days.
- Invite credits are added to your credit balance and follow the same rules as other credits (on paid plans the balance resets at renewal). They have no cash value.
- We may withhold or reverse invite credits obtained through fake accounts, automation or other abuse, and may change or end the programme; credits already granted fairly are kept.
- The creator affiliate programme, which pays commission rather than credits, is separate and is governed by the Affiliate Terms.
4. Rendering on your device and Projects
Videos are rendered in your browser on your own device, using its graphics chip where available and its processor otherwise. Rendering uses your device’s processing power, memory, battery and internet data, and speed depends on your device, browser and connection. Finished videos are saved to your Projects automatically; storage is subject to reasonable size limits, and very large files may not be saved online. You can download or delete your videos at any time. Keep your own copies of anything important.
5. Your content and AI output
- You keep ownership of the prompts, scripts and recordings you provide, and you must have the rights to them.
- Subject to these Terms and third-party licenses, you may use the videos you generate, including commercially on paid plans. Free or trial exports may include a GhostViral AI watermark; paid plans (Starter, Standard, Pro and Creator) export without it.
- AI-generated scripts, voices and captions can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other people’s output. Review every video before you publish it. You are solely responsible for what you publish, including factual claims, and for following the rules of the platforms you post to (for example labelling AI-generated voice or content where a platform requires it).
- Stock footage, images and music remain subject to their providers’ licenses; you must not resell or redistribute stock media on its own.
- We do not guarantee views, followers, reach, monetisation or any other result.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for illegal, explicit, exploitative, hateful, harassing, deceptively harmful deepfake, or intellectual-property-infringing content, to impersonate others, to spread spam or misleading medical, financial or political claims, or to interfere with the Service (for example by bypassing credit or security controls, scraping, or overloading our systems). 7. AI-agent (MCP) connections
You may connect AI assistants to your account. Only approve connections you started and recognise. Connected assistants can generate videos and spend your credits within the permissions you grant; you can revoke them at any time. You are responsible for actions taken through connections you approve.
8. Subscriptions and cancellation
Web: subscriptions on ghostviralai.com are processed through Polar (merchant of record). Plans renew weekly or monthly until canceled in the Polar customer portal via in-app Manage subscription. Entitlements apply to your account after payment. Prices may change for future billing periods with notice.
Mobile: in-app store subscriptions are not offered at this time. Use web billing on ghostviralai.com.
Deleting your GhostViral AI account does not cancel an active Polar subscription.
9. Refunds
Refund and cancellation details are in our Refunds & cancellations policy. Used credits are generally non-refundable because they represent incurred processing costs. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
10. Own Voice
By uploading audio, you represent that you own it or have permission to use it, including any voice in it. We process it to transcribe speech, align subtitles, and assemble your requested video.
11. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, which storage is strictly necessary and which optional analytics run only with your consent. You can change your choices at any time: .
12. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example AI, voice, stock media, hosting and payment providers). We are not responsible for their content or availability, and their own terms may apply to your use of their material.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of AI output, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GhostViral AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, followers or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50 if you have not paid. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify GhostViral AI against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you create, upload or publish with the Service, or from your breach of these Terms or of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by us.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the security of the Service, or abuse credits or trials. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in Settings.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
