Terms of Use.
These Terms govern your use of the GhostViral AI website, applications, and related software for short-form video assembly.
1. Service description
GhostViral AI is software as a service: subscribers receive app access and credits to generate short-form videos using AI-assisted scripts, voiceovers, licensed stock-footage selection, subtitles, and rendering. Output uses stock clips and audio tools — not generative AI video that synthesizes realistic people or scenes. The service is provided “as is” and availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
2. Accounts and credits
- You are responsible for your account security and activity.
- Credits represent processing capacity for script craft, voice, and stock footage—not a simple “one credit per second” meter. Typical costs (for example ~20 credits for a 30s Fast AI run) are shown in the product before you generate and detailed on Credit details.
- Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless expressly stated.
- Trial credits are a one-time grant for eligible new users.
3. Content rights
Free or trial exports may include a GhostViral AI watermark. Paid plans (Starter, Standard, and Pro) export without that watermark, subject to third-party stock, voice, and model-provider terms. Generated work remains subject to those third-party licenses.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal, explicit, exploitative, hateful, harassing, deceptively harmful deepfake, or intellectual-property-infringing content. You must have rights to prompts, scripts, recordings, and other material you upload. See Trust & acceptable use for more detail.
5. Subscriptions and cancellation
Web: subscriptions on ghostviralai.com are processed through Polar (merchant of record). Plans renew weekly or monthly until canceled in the Polar customer portal via in-app Manage subscription. Entitlements apply to your account after payment.
Mobile: in-app store subscriptions are not offered at this time. Use web billing on ghostviralai.com.
Deleting your GhostViral AI account does not cancel an active Polar subscription.
6. Refunds
Refund and cancellation details are in our Refunds & cancellations policy. Used credits are generally non-refundable because they represent incurred processing costs.
7. Own Voice
By uploading audio, you represent that you own it or have permission to use it. We process it to transcribe speech, align subtitles, and assemble your requested video.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten service security. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.
