Refunds & cancellations.
This page explains billing for GhostViral AI subscriptions. We sell software access and credits, not custom video-editing services.
1. Web subscriptions (Lemon Squeezy)
Purchases on ghostviralai.com are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record for web checkout. Lemon Squeezy appears on your card or PayPal statement.
- What you receive: immediate access to the GhostViral web app and plan credits after successful payment (account login).
- Renewal: subscriptions renew weekly or monthly per the plan shown at checkout until you cancel.
- Cancel: sign in → Settings or Pricing → Manage subscription to open the Lemon Squeezy customer portal and turn off auto-renew. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid a new charge.
- Account deletion: deleting your GhostViral account does not cancel Lemon Squeezy billing. Cancel in the portal first.
2. Mobile subscriptions (App Store / Google Play)
Supported mobile plans are sold through Apple or Google and coordinated via RevenueCat. Manage or cancel in your device subscription settings. Deleting the app or your GhostViral account does not stop store billing.
3. Refund policy
- Used credits: credits represent cloud and API processing already incurred. Once used, they are generally non-refundable.
- Web: refund eligibility follows Lemon Squeezy's policies and applicable consumer law. Contact us first at support@ghostviralai.com with your account email and order date; we will coordinate with Lemon Squeezy when appropriate.
- Apple / Google: refund requests are handled by the store under their policies.
4. Free trial credits
New eligible accounts may receive one-time trial credits. Trial credits do not require payment and are not refundable.
