Refunds & cancellations.

This page explains billing for GhostViral AI subscriptions. We sell software access and credits, not custom video-editing services.

1. Web subscriptions (Polar)

Purchases on ghostviralai.com are processed by Polar, our merchant of record for web checkout. Polar (via Stripe) appears on your card statement.

What you receive: immediate access to the GhostViral web app and plan credits after successful payment (account login).
Renewal: subscriptions renew weekly or monthly per the plan shown at checkout until you cancel.
Cancel: sign in → Settings or Pricing → Manage subscription to open the Polar customer portal and turn off auto-renew. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid a new charge.
Account deletion: deleting your GhostViral account does not cancel Polar billing. Cancel in the portal first.

App Store / Google Play subscriptions are not offered at this time. Subscribe on the web at ghostviralai.com.

Used credits: credits represent cloud and API processing already incurred. Once used, they are generally non-refundable.
Web: refund eligibility follows Polar's policies and applicable consumer law. Contact us first at support@ghostviralai.com with your account email and order date; we will coordinate with Polar when appropriate.

New eligible accounts may receive one-time trial credits. Trial credits do not require payment and are not refundable.
