GhostViral AI is a self-serve software product. Customers subscribe for app access and credits; the app assembles videos from licensed stock clips, AI-generated scripts, text-to-speech, and captions. We do not offer done-for-you editing, consulting, or agency services.
1. What we do and do not generate
- We use: licensed stock footage (e.g. Pexels), script assistance from language models, and voice synthesis for narration.
- We do not sell: generative AI video models that invent synthetic faces or scenes, deepfakes, or impersonation of real people without consent.
- Own Voice: you may upload audio you own; we transcribe and align subtitles only for your project.
2. Delivery after purchase
After web checkout, entitlements apply to your GhostViral account automatically (subscription status and credits). No manual fulfillment or off-platform delivery is required.
3. Prohibited content
You may not use GhostViral AI to create or distribute:
- Illegal, explicit, or exploitative material
- Hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Deceptive deepfakes or content intended to mislead or harm
- Material that infringes copyright, trademark, or publicity rights
You must have rights to prompts, scripts, and uploads. Stock and voice providers impose their own license terms on output.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or threaten platform security. Report abuse to support@ghostviralai.com.
5. Data and third parties
Limited data is sent to infrastructure and feature providers needed to run the product (authentication, rendering, script, voice, stock search). See Privacy Policy for details. We do not sell personal information.
